BUCK FURPEES!!! 😣😣😣 . Can you tell I’m not of fan of today’s 🎄 25 Days of Fitmas🎄 move?! . Yep it’s 25 Burpees!!! And here’s an example of the traditional and a modified version in case you have back or knee issues and need lower impact moves. 👌👌👌 . Ok...although I really don’t like this exercise, if you were given only one exercise you would be allowed to do for the rest of your life...I’d recommend this one. ANNNND here’s why... . Burpees hits almost every muscle group while providing the aerobic and endurance benefits. It even helps strengthen the core.🙌🙌🙌 . 🤪🤪🤪FUN FACT: Some crazy people do these for fun!! . On May 17, 2014, in Greenwood, South Carolina, a gentleman by the name of Cameron Dorn broke two burpee world records. He performed 5,657 within a 12-hour period. He also completed the most burpees in a 24-hour period, finishing with a whopping 10,105!! What the what?! . Another world record was achieved on October 21, 2013, in Portland, Oregon, by Lloyd Weema. He broke the burpee world record for the most chest to ground burpees performed in 72 hours with 9,480. . The belief you can't stems from the focus on doubt. As long as you doubt the ability of you being able to do It, you'll naturally deter yourself from even trying. You need to find the source of the doubt, which generally stems from fear. As soon as you understand the fear and overcome it through focus and determination, is when you'll eliminate the doubt. However, the truth is doubt is best combatted with confidence, and confidence is brought through experience. When you do over and over you start to make progress, within this progress comes confidence. As of right now due to your lack of confidence you have a high amount of doubt. You need to pinpoint exactly what the source of the fear is which is allowing you to have doubt due to lack of confidence. It's a process in which takes time, however, it's a process that surely holds a tremendous amount of confidence. That confidence is what you need to overthrow all the doubt. Without confidence the doubt will remain. Therefore, it starts with the language that you use internally. It's not that you can't, it's that you disallow yourself due to doubt. 1. Pinpoint the fear. 2. Assess why the fear is there. 3. Understand how to begin overcoming the fear. 4. Execute and commit to practicing. 5. Build confidence through results. 6. Overthrow the doubt. It's a 6 step process and it will take time. And it is truly worth the effort, execution, and patience. I promise you that YOU CAN do this, you just need to overthrow the doubt first.

What happens is after you have your simple carbs, your body breaks down the food into glucose and turns it into glycogen. Which is then stored inside your body and readily used as fuel. - You might want to be careful with your serving though because if consumed too much in a single sitting, it will lead to what's known as a glucose/sugar crash. Which will leave you feeling sluggish. And you wouldn't want that to happen 😩 - So depending on the situation, different types of carbs are more favourable. 👍🏻

Consistency. Consistency in life is a must. But consistency with diabetes has a whole other level of importance, and sometimes seems impossible. Consistency with our blood sugars is for the most part our main goal with diabetes. The more consistent we are, the more likely our numbers will be where we want them to be. If we have a set schedule, our blood sugars can be more predictable with the help of set basal rates designed for what goes on during that specific time, i.e. working out, or work (if you have a desk job). For me going to the gym around the same time everyday helps me make sure i don’t go insanely high, or low. If my schedule are scattered about, my numbers can be wildly unpredictable. So if you don’t have a consistent schedule, try to be a creature of habit and adjust using temporary basal rates (if you’re on a pump). Those can take a while to find the correct rate, but will help you tremendously!
